Website Terms of Use
These terms cover browsing, accounts, enquiries and chat. Registration acknowledges the rules for using the website; a fabric sale requires a separately agreed quotation or contract.
1. Website and service scope
This site is operated by Suzhou Yingsha Textile Co., Ltd. for business fabric sourcing and enquiries. It currently provides product information, enquiries, chat and accounts, with no online payment or checkout service.
Sending an enquiry, creating an account or receiving an automated reply does not establish an order, reserve stock or finally confirm a price. Product images, indicative prices and purchasing calculations in chat support discussion. Order formation and conditions depend on the written quotation, pro forma invoice or contract expressly agreed by both parties.
2. Accounts and guest use
Use an email address you are authorised to use, supply accurate and necessary information, and protect your password. You must have appropriate authority when communicating or contracting for a business. Do not share verification links or impersonate others. Contact us promptly if your account is misused.
You may browse and enquire as a guest without registering. Guest history may not be recoverable across browsers or devices, or after cookies are cleared. Registration and login do not automatically merge guest records; only the current conversation you explicitly choose to preserve is linked after verification.
3. Acceptable use
Do not send unlawful, infringing or malicious content, access others’ accounts or information without authority, inject malicious code, bypass access restrictions or disrupt the service through automated requests. You must have the right to supply uploaded text and images. We use them only as needed to handle your enquiry, provide services and maintain security.
We may apply proportionate restrictions for suspected abuse, security risks or unlawful use and provide a contact or review route where appropriate. This does not exclude statutory data access or other rights.
4. Fabric information and colour approval
Screens, photography and lighting affect how colour and texture appear. Before bulk production, confirm physical samples or colour references, composition, weight, width, finishes and agreed inspection or tolerance standards as needed. Batch variation should be assessed against the parties’ agreement.
This screen-colour notice does not excuse every colour or quality issue or override an approved physical standard. Material departures from agreed specifications, incorrect supply and statutory liabilities must still be addressed according to the facts and applicable law.
5. Quotations, translation and external platforms
Confirm minimum order quantity, units, currency, taxes, lead time, payment method and cancellation conditions in writing before ordering. Verify payment instructions directly with us; payment channels not listed as available are not implied to be supported.
Automated translations may contain errors. For specifications, prices, lead times, responsibilities or order changes, both parties should confirm the original wording and final written agreement. External platforms, including Alibaba.com, provide their own rules; their transaction protections do not automatically apply to this site or offline transactions.
6. Intellectual property and materials
Website content and marks belong to us or their lawful owners. You may view and reasonably use materials to evaluate purchases. Without permission, do not impersonate the brand, pass off another party’s design as your own, or reproduce or commercially distribute materials in a way that infringes lawful rights.
7. Service information and responsibility
We reasonably maintain site information and services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is always error-free. Contact us to verify discrepancies or report interruptions. These terms do not exclude fraud, liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
8. Communication, disputes and updates
For a dispute, please first explain the issue through our contact email so we can try to resolve it. Governing law and dispute resolution for a specific order may be expressly agreed in its contract, subject to mandatory law. These website terms do not prescribe an exclusive arbitration venue or exclude legally available remedies.
Updates are identified by the version and date on this page, with separate notice of material changes where required by law. Updating website wording does not automatically change an existing order agreement.
