Samples, Shipping & Quality
Fabric sourcing usually requires sample approval and order-specific details. These are our communication principles; both parties should confirm costs, timing and responsibilities in writing before an order.
1. Sample arrangements
Ordinary small swatches are available free of charge, with courier costs paid by the buyer. Metre samples, custom samples, special finishes and printed developments are quoted separately. First confirm sample size, colours, quantity, availability and courier arrangements.
Sample preparation time varies with stock, process and quantity and follows the confirmed arrangement. Free small swatches do not mean metre samples, custom development or transport are also free. This page does not promise a universal sample turnaround time.
2. Order and payment confirmation
Before ordering, confirm the article, composition, weight, width, colour, finish, quantity, units and acceptance standards. Minimum order quantity, currency, unit price, total, payment channel and payment schedule follow the specific quotation or contract. This site currently has no online checkout, and an enquiry does not automatically form an order.
3. Lead times, shipping and taxes
Production and delivery timing depends on stock, sample approval, production scheduling and transport arrangements. Estimated arrival can be affected by carriers, customs and other circumstances. Changes should be communicated promptly; a broad shipping disclaimer does not replace contractual responsibilities.
Shipping method, delivery point, freight, insurance, import/export clearance, duties and other taxes must be allocated under the agreed trade term, contract and applicable law. They are not automatically all the buyer’s responsibility. Check destination requirements before confirming the order.
4. Colour and physical inspection
Photographs and screen displays support product selection. Important colour, hand-feel and performance requirements should be established through an approved physical colour reference, sample or written standard. No universal colour, weight or width tolerance applies to every fabric. Screen differences do not excuse supply that fails to meet the agreement.
5. Quality concerns and after-sales support
Please inspect packaging, quantity and visible quality promptly on arrival. If there is a problem, preferably report it within seven days with the order or article reference, batch, quantity, photos or video and a description so it can be reviewed. The resolution is agreed according to the facts, approved standards, contract and applicable law.
Seven days is a recommended reporting period, not an absolute deadline for hidden defects or statutory rights. Keeping relevant fabric, packaging and evidence and, where practical, contacting us before cutting or processing disputed material helps investigation, without automatically removing legal rights.
Please agree a return address and procedure with us before sending goods; do not send them directly to the registered address on this site. Whether a refund, replacement, repair, allowance or return is appropriate, and the related costs, depends on the circumstances. This page neither promises an automatic refund nor excludes remedies required by law.
6. Changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. The outcome may differ before preparation, after materials are purchased, or after cutting or custom production. Reasonable costs actually incurred and the treatment of remaining payments must be assessed under the agreement and applicable law. There is no universal deduction percentage or blanket “custom goods are never returnable” rule.
