Cookie & Browser Storage Policy
Necessary storage supports login, security, language selection and chat you request. Optional analytics is off by default; rejecting it still allows browsing, enquiries and account use.
1. Necessary cookies
These cookies are set according to the functions you use. Your browser can block or clear them, but this may sign you out, make guest history inaccessible or require you to choose preferences again.
- ys_customer_session: login session, up to 30 days; logout or security actions may invalidate it earlier.
- ys_customer_csrf: protects account and related requests against cross-site request forgery, up to 30 days.
- ys_inquiry_guest: recognises the current guest chat when you use it, up to 30 days. ys_inquiry_claim: temporary proof when you choose to preserve the current conversation, up to 24 hours.
- yingsha.locale: remembers your selected Chinese or English language, up to 365 days.
- ys_cookie_consent: remembers a necessary-only or analytics choice and the time it was saved, up to 365 days, without account identity.
2. Optional analytics
Only after analytics is allowed does this site send page-view and search events for its own statistics. These involve pages, products, search terms and related network and device details; see the Privacy Policy. Rejecting or withdrawing stops new events of this kind, but does not automatically delete earlier records. You can make a separate privacy request.
We currently use no marketing cookies, advertising pixels or third-party website analytics scripts, so there is no marketing option to enable.
3. Other browser storage
To continue an enquiry or login flow you initiate, the current tab may temporarily store a message draft, purchasing context and return page. This temporary data is not an advertising identifier; expired data is not used to resume the flow. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage removes it. Local storage also notifies other tabs when cookie preferences change; that notice contains no chat content or identity information.
4. Review or change your choice
You can open Cookie preferences here or in the footer. Rejecting optional analytics is as easy as accepting it. When a choice expires, is cleared or cannot be read, optional analytics stays off and the site asks again.
