Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data for our fabric catalogue, accounts, enquiries and chat. Acknowledging this notice during registration does not opt you into optional analytics or marketing.

This website is operated by Suzhou Yingsha Textile Co., Ltd., which determines the purposes and means of processing data collected through the site. Registered address: Room 1608, Building 17-1, Shengze International Trade Center, 599 Shichang Middle Road, Shengze Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. For privacy enquiries, contact pctang@yingshafabric.ltd.
2. Information we process
- Accounts: email address, password hash, email verification and security records, and the version and time of legal acknowledgement. Additional name, company and country details are optional.
- Enquiries and communications: contact details you supply, messages, chat images, related products and purchasing selections, quotation context, delivery and read status, and originals and translations when translation is used.
- Necessary technical information: network and device details used to provide services, recognise sessions, troubleshoot and prevent abuse, including IP addresses, browser information and request records.
- Optional first-party analytics: after you allow analytics, we record viewed pages and products, search terms, and associated IP, browser and approximate country/region information to understand site use. Do not enter sensitive personal data in search fields.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
We use information to respond to your enquiries, provide accounts and chat, arrange sample or order communications you request, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, depending on the activity we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in secure services and business communications after considering your rights. Optional analytics relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior processing based on that consent.
4. Guest chats and account history
You can enquire as a guest. Guest access depends on session information in your current browser. Clearing cookies, using another device or session expiry may prevent you from retrieving the conversation. Loss of access does not mean server records were deleted: the merchant may retain the enquiry for follow-up or dispute handling.
Registration or login does not automatically merge guest histories by IP or email. Only when you explicitly choose to preserve the current conversation and complete authentication will that conversation be linked to the account. Account conversations are accessible after login.
Please do not upload identity documents, bank card details or other sensitive files through ordinary chat. Chat image links may be forwarded; ordinary image attachments should not be used to store confidential documents.
We use hosting, storage and security services as needed to operate the website, and authorised personnel handle enquiries. When email delivery is enabled, verification and password reset messages may be delivered through the configured email provider, such as Resend. When chat translation is enabled, text to be translated is sent to Microsoft Azure Translator; avoid including sensitive details in that text.
When you request shipping or other order services, we share contact or delivery details needed to fulfil them. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This site currently has no personal-data sale feature and does not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel.
6. International processing
Our operating team is in China, and website hosting and technical providers may be outside your country or region. Communications with us may involve access by our China-based team; overseas hosting does not mean information is processed only within the European Union.
Where applicable law requires conditions or safeguards for international transfers, these must be in place before the relevant transfer. Contact us for information about providers, processing locations and safeguards relating to your data.
7. Retention
Retention depends on the purpose, service duration, legal duties and reasonable dispute-handling needs. Accounts, enquiries and chats do not have a single automatic deletion deadline; data should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Deletion requests are assessed individually. Information legally required or needed for unresolved matters may be retained temporarily with an explanation.
Raw first-party analytics records older than six months are cleaned monthly, resulting in approximately six to seven months of retention during normal operation. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage durations. Cookie expiry does not itself delete associated business records.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Not every right applies in every situation. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
You do not need an account to send a privacy request to pctang@yingshafabric.ltd. Describe the request and provide only information needed to identify the relevant account or conversation. We may reasonably verify identity but will not ask for your password or routinely require identity documents. We respond within applicable legal deadlines; where the GDPR applies, normally within one month, with notice and reasons if a lawful extension is necessary.
9. Security, minors and updates
We use access controls and account security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, verification emails and devices, and report concerns to us promptly. This site is intended for adults authorised to conduct business purchasing and is not directed at children.
This page displays its last update and version. For material changes, we provide notice as required by applicable law and obtain fresh consent where needed. Updating this page alone does not mean you have consented to new optional processing.
